We're recruiting for an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a brand-new school build in Middlesbrough. This is a high-profile project with a solid 2-year programme, so it's ideal for someone looking for consistency, structure, and a long-term pipeline.

The Role:
You'll be No.1 on site, overseeing all day-to-day operations, subcontractor management, programme delivery, and health & safety. This is a well-organised build with a reputable main contractor - they're looking for someone confident managing a project from the ground up, who can hit the ground running.
