Job Title: Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor)
Location: Gloucester Business Park (with hybrid working)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week
Salary: £40-£50k

The Role:
An exciting opportunity for a qualified Residential Conveyancer to manage a varied caseload of property transactions including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, leaseholds, new builds, and more. You’ll also support junior team members and ensure compliance with legal standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

* Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload

* Provide technical guidance and support to the wider team

* Ensure high levels of client service and regulatory compliance

* Work closely with stakeholders and introducers

What You’ll Need:

* 2–3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing

* Strong knowledge of SDLT, leaseholds, unregistered properties, and related areas

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Qualified Solicitor

Desirable:

* Experience in equity release (preferred, not essential)
