Anderson Knight are looking for a highly experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead our clients group treasury, trading and consolidated financial reporting. This is a pivotal role where you’ll partner with the Finance Director and Leadership Team to shape financial strategy, maximise profitabilitY and ensure strong cashflow and investment discipline.

You’ll lead a high-performing finance team, oversee financial planning and performance at group level, and provide commercial support across the business. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven finance professional to make a real impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What you’ll be doing:

* Leading, managing, and developing a high-performing finance team

* Overseeing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly performance reviews

* Managing group cashflow, investments, and CAPEX processes

* Producing and presenting monthly management accounts and financial outlooks

* Leading external audits and statutory accounts completion

* Reviewing and improving finance policies, processes, and controls

* Partnering with senior stakeholders on financial strategy, risks, and opportunities

* Providing commercial support on bids, pricing models, and client negotiations

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with banks, auditors, and insurers

What we’re looking for:

* Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CA)

* Strong experience in group consolidation, statutory accounts and cashflow management

* Excellent commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills

* Ability to challenge, influence, and drive performance improvements
