Description

Prepare and deliver clear, insightful financial reports tailored to departments, partners, and other stakeholders
Support budgeting and forecasting processes to help teams plan effectively
Partner closely with fee-earning teams to provide proactive financial support and build trusted relationships with senior leaders
Conduct ad hoc analysis on performance and trends, including variances, cost and income breakdowns, profitability drivers, and survey data
Promote data accuracy and consistency by ensuring correct use of systems and data structures (e.g. client partners, matter types)
Contribute to the enhancement of management reporting tools and processes to improve decision-makingProfile

A successful Commercial Finance Manager should have:

Studying towards or qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA
Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
A proven track record in a professional services environment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
The ability to influence stakeholders with clear financial insights.
Proficiency with financial systems and advanced Excel skills.Job Offer
