Job Description:

An excellent secondary school in Dagenham is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated English Teacher to join their successful English department. The position will focus on Key Stages 4 and 5, teaching both GCSE and A-Level English to engaged and ambitious students.

This is a full-time role until the end of the academic year, with the potential to continue in September 2026 as either a temporary or permanent post for the right candidate.

The Ideal Candidate:

✅ QTS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
✅ Proven experience teaching English at KS4/KS5
✅ Strong classroom management and lesson delivery skills
✅ A passion for literature, language, and student progress
