In this crucial full-time role, with a significant focus on Key Stage 5 (A-Level Chemistry), you will:

* Maximise Student Achievement: Be instrumental in ensuring exceptional student outcomes in Key Stage 3, GCSE Chemistry, and particularly A-Level Chemistry, equipping them with the sophisticated analytical, quantitative, and practical skills required for top university placements.

* Lead Advanced Practical Work: Design and oversee challenging practical investigations, ensuring students develop advanced laboratory skills and meet the demands of A-Level practical endorsements.

* Deliver Engaging and Rigorous Curriculum: Utilise your expertise to deliver meticulously structured and challenging lessons that align with the demands of the A-Level Chemistry curriculum, fostering deep understanding of complex reaction mechanisms, spectroscopy, and advanced inorganic/organic chemistry.

* Motivate and Support High Achievers: Work with highly academic students, including those aspiring to Oxbridge and Russell Group universities, providing the necessary extension and support to enable them to excel in all aspects of the subject.
