Support Worker – Learning Disabilities, Didcot, Oxfordshire, £14.25–£18.00 per hour

Role Overview

Completely Care is seeking dedicated Temporary Support Workers in Didcot, Oxfordshire, to provide person‑centred support for adults with learning disabilities. You will assist with daily living, promote independence, and ensure a safe, engaging environment. Flexible shifts make this role ideal for those wanting varied hours around other commitments.

Key Responsibilities

Support residents with household routines and daily living tasks
Encourage independence and build essential life skills
Assist with activities, hobbies, and community outings
Provide support with medication and health needs
Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 3 months’ experience in care or support work
Certificated social care training
Compassionate, flexible, and professional approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to support with personal care and medication
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
