Maths Teacher - Tunbridge Wells, West Kent

Our education recruitment team is proud to be working in partnership with a high-achieving secondary school in Tunbridge Wells to appoint a talented Teacher of Mathematics for a full-time, permanent position starting this September.

This popular and well-led school has a strong academic reputation and a supportive leadership team that places real emphasis on staff wellbeing and professional development. The maths department is well-resourced, collaborative, and known for consistently strong GCSE outcomes. The successful candidate will join a team that values creativity in teaching and encourages innovative approaches to engaging students of all abilities.

The role will involve teaching Maths across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach Key Stage 5 for suitably experienced candidates. The school is keen to hear from both experienced teachers and confident ECTs who are passionate about building students' confidence and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will:

Hold QTS (or be on track to achieve it)

Have strong subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for mathematics

Be committed to high standards of teaching, learning, and behaviour
