A client of ours in the Chelmsford area are recruiting a Sales Administrator to join their team.
This is a full-time, permanent, office-based position working Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm (35 hours per week) and paying between £24,000 - £26,000 per annum depending on experience.

Your key duties in this Sales Administrator role will include:

* Processing purchase orders and managing artwork approvals
* Managing daily client enquiries, quotations and samples
* Providing advice on branding methods and stock availability
* Arranging courier deliveries/collections
* Assisting with stock picking and dispatch from the warehouse
* Supporting trade events with the wider team

Skills and experience required to be considered for this role:

* Experience in a customer service or sales administration role
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Team player with a flexible, hands-on approach
* Confident communicator by phone and email
* Strong IT skills - Microsoft Office, ideally CRM experience
