Electrical Supervisor required to work in Lincoln for a blue chip national M&E contractor. permanent or freelance employment is available. Free parking available on site with the position being offered immediately.

* Supervise and manage all on-site electrical works on site..

* Lead and coordinate day to day operations of a team of electricians.

* Ensure all works are carried out in line with health & safety standards and permit-to-work systems.

* Prepare, issue, and manage site permits in accordance with project and legal requirements.

* Produce daily and weekly reports, including progress updates, site observations, and any arising issues.

* Liaise with project managers, clients, and engineers to ensure smooth site execution and timely delivery of works.

* Maintain detailed records of site activities, inspections, and materials.

* Conduct toolbox talks and ensure site inductions and method statements are followed.

SSSTS or SMSTS required in addition to a proven history of supervision on commercial projects.
