Description

Coordinate and manage daily fleet schedules to optimise utilisation.
Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.
Deal with Insurance claims and processes
Deal with accidents and repairs claims and processes
Track compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Liaise with internal teams to address fleet-related queries promptly.
Maintain accurate records of fleet activities and expenses.
Support the Customer Service department with timely updates on fleet availability.
Analyse fleet performance data and propose improvements where needed.
Oversee fuel usage and implement cost-saving measures.Profile

A successful Fleet Controller should have:

Experience in fleet management or a related field.
