Accountant / Client Manager | £35k–£42k + Bonus | Frilford, Oxfordshire

We're looking for a part-qualified or recently qualified accountant ready to step up into a client-facing role with real ownership.

What you'll be doing

You'll manage your own portfolio of clients, acting as their first point of contact and trusted advisor. Day to day, that means preparing and reviewing statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies; handling tax returns and VAT; supporting clients with queries; and helping train and develop our junior team members.

You'll build genuine relationships with clients and have the autonomy to manage your own workload.

What we're looking for

* ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualified (or part-qualified and actively studying)

* At least 3 years' experience in a UK accountancy practice

* Strong year-end accounts preparation experience

* Someone who genuinely enjoys client contact and wants progression
