Front of House Staff

Location: Cwmbran
We are seeking a friendly, professional and well-presented front of house team member to deliver outstanding service and create a welcoming experience for all guests and visitors. You will be the first point of contact and play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the venue.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customer or guests with warmth and professionalism.
Provide accurate information on services, bookings, menus and events.
Take and manage reservations or check-ins using booking systems.
Handle payments, issue receipts, and maintain cash handling procedures
Maintain cleanliness of your work areas.
Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, or event teams to ensure service runs smoothly.
Handle customer queries or complaints calmly and escalate when necessary.Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in a Front of House, customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, friendly and professional demeanour
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Basic IT or till system knowledge
Flexibility to work evening, weekends or holidays as required. Requirements:
