Description
Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the Facilities Management team in London.
Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and in compliance with safety regulations.
Oversee the scheduling and allocation of tasks to team members.
Monitor the performance of facilities systems and initiate repairs or improvements as needed.
Liaise with external contractors and service providers to ensure quality work is delivered.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure timely reporting.
Assist in budget management and cost control for facilities operations.

A successful Engineer Supervisor should have:
