A warm, nurturing and well-resourced day nursery in Warton (near Preston) is seeking an experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their committed and friendly team. The setting provides high-quality childcare and early education for children aged 0–5 years, focusing on learning through play, emotional security and individualised development.

About the Role
This position offers 30–34 hours per week, with fixed days and hours agreed in advance to support work–life balance.
You will:
Support children across the 0–5 age range
Deliver high-quality, play-based learning experiences
Carry out observations, planning and assessments
Build strong partnerships with parents and families
Ensure that safeguarding, welfare and safety standards are consistently met
Contribute to a positive, collaborative and caring team environment

* Build strong, trusting relationships with families
