Thorn Baker are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Project Manager, to join the construction team of a regional private residential developer supporting the Head of Construction ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. The Role:

Project Planing and Initiation
Budget & Cost Management
Team & Contractor Management
Compliance and risk Management
Communication and coordination
Quality & progress monitoring
Handover & project close out 
About You:

Construction related qualification
Previous experience managing residential, refurbishment or conversion projects 
Familiarity with construction contracts (JCT, NEC) and cost management practices
CSCS, SMSTS, etc.
Proficient in MS Office
Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
