Are you passionate about driving sustainability at a global scale? We’re looking for a Project & Process Manager to join a forward-thinking Global Sustainability team and help embed sustainability into the heart of business transformation.

About the Role

As a key member of the Projects and Change team, you’ll lead cross-functional sustainability projects that support enterprise-wide transformation. You’ll manage risk, drive value, and ensure compliance while championing sustainability across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver impactful sustainability projects (e.g., smart metering rollouts).
Own and improve business processes such as the Natural Resource Fund.
Act as a sustainability representative in broader transformation initiatives.
Manage budgets, risks, and stakeholder engagement across global teams.
Represent the sustainability function both internally and externally.

What You’ll Bring

2+ years in project or process management, ideally in sustainability.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
A degree or equivalent.
High business acumen and a collaborative mindset.
Coming from a pharma or regulated industries.
