Interim Operations Expert | Packaging Manufacturer | 3-6 month contract

Zachary Daniels Recruitment is delighted to be supporting this leading European plastic packaging specialist in the appointment of an Interim Operations Executive to join the business on a 3-6 month contract during a period of substantial change.

To be considered for this role you must be able to display deep experience in the following:

Strong Project Management experience - ideally within site reconciliation. Experience setting up and working with Gantt charts is desirable.
Strong Operational Experience having operated in an Executive position within a similar manufacturing based environment
Strong leadership and influencing skills - able to engage, work closely with and drive senior level operators during a period of change.
Comfortable travelling to sites in Buckinghamshire and Somerset.
Role is an immediate start.
