Spencer Clarke Group are seeking an Executive Personal Assistant for a local authority client in Berkshire.
In this role, you'll provide executive support to a senior leader, managing meetings, communication, and daily operations with efficiency and strong organisational skills.
Key Duties:
Manage complex diaries, prepare meeting papers, take accurate minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on actions.
Act as a key point of contact, sharing information with senior officers, members, and external partners.
Create and manage reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and confidentiality.
Maintain filing systems, process invoices and purchase orders, and support daily operational tasks in line with GDPR.
Qualifications and Experience:
The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:
Proven ability to manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes with minimal supervision.
Experience acting as a key liaison across senior leadership, maintaining professionalism and discretion in all interactions.
Skilled in creating, editing, and handling reports, presentations, and confidential correspondence with high attention to detail.
Demonstrated experience maintaining filing systems, handling financial processes (e.g. POs and invoices), and ensuring compliance with data protection standards.
What's on offer:
Salary: £20+ph
*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*
Contract type: 3-6, months minimum, with a high likelihood of extension
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
