Are you a Lead Engineer, or Service Manager, from an Agricultural/Heavy Engineer background, looking to take the next step in your career with a UK leading company, where you will play a pivotal role in the company's growth and have the chance to progress your career?

In this varied role, you will be based at the depot, leading and supporting a team of service technicians. You will be responsible for ensuring performance targets are achieved while delivering an exceptional standard of customer service.

This role would suit an individual with proven experience managing a team of service engineers, looking for a new challenge and the chance to play a key role in a leading company.

The Role:
- Service Manager
- Managing a team of Service Engineers
- Monday to Friday (40 Hours), Depot Based + 60k OTE

The Person:
- Managerial/team leader experience
- Agricultural / Heavy Mechanical / similar background
- Commutable to Fakenham
