Commercial Plumber (Installations & Maintenance) – Surrey - £45K+

Join a well-established South London heating company seeking an experienced Commercial Plumber to join their small works team. Carrying out installations and maintenance in plant rooms across Surrey / SW London.

Package:

* £40,000 base + £5,000 call-out retainer

* 1 in 5 call out (£450 standby + X1.5 Mon – Sat / X2 Sun door to door)

* Overtime available (average £5K+)

* Weekly pay (PAYE)

* 25 days holiday + bank holidays

* Company van + fuel card

* All tools, stock & PPE provided

* Mobile phone, tablet & uniform included

* Pension scheme (3% employer / 5% employee)

Job Description:

* Installation of commercial plumbing systems and plant rooms

* Installing pipework, carrying out repairs and wiring on district heating

* Covering South London and Surrey

Requirements:

* NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent)

* Proven experience with commercial plumbing systems

* Full UK driving licence
