Lead and supervise the site maintenance team
Plan and prioritise breakdowns, repairs and PPMs
Coordinate daily and weekly maintenance activities
Manage spares, tools and workshop standards
Maintain materials handling and building systems
Ensure high health and safety and risk compliance
Escalate major faults to senior engineering staff
Support CMMS implementation and reporting
Mentor new team members
Oversee on-site contractors and specialist support
