Care and Supported Living: As one of the region’s leading care and support providers, our services support those with learning disabilities, mental health issues, adult homelessness, and young people, helping them live fulfilled, independent lives.Role Overview: As the Head of Corporate Health & Safety, you will act as Hightown Housing’s Competent Person for workplace health and safety. You will be a natural communicator and collaborator, who can build valued relationships across all levels of the organisation. You will be self-motivated, with excellent organisational and team management skills.

Developing and implementing a health and safety management system.
Monitoring compliance with corporate health and safety requirements.
Establishing strong working relationships with the Executive and Senior Leadership Teams.
Overseeing operational health and safety plans and providing specialist technical support.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to monitor and control risks.For more information, please download the attached job description

Essential Qualifications:

NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use.
