The Role
• Support students with a range of special educational needs across Key Stages 3 to 5
• Work closely with teachers and SENCO to deliver individualised learning plans
• Help create an inclusive classroom atmosphere where every student can thrive
• Foster independence, resilience, and confidence in students both academically and personally
• Contribute to the wider school community, including extracurricular activities and enrichment programmes

• Adaptability, patience, and a positive attitude
• Experience working with secondary-aged students is desirable but not essential
