Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging and well-structured English lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially KS5).

* Inspire students to achieve their full potential in English language and literature.

* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources.

* Contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of student progress.

* TLR opportunities may be available in areas such as mentoring, data analysis, or leading specific projects within the department.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

* Degree in English Language, Literature, or a related field.

* A desire to take on additional responsibilities and contribute to leadership (for TLR consideration)
