Position: Mechanical Engineer
Location: Hemswell, Lincolnshire
Salary: £36,341 - £40,000
Shift: 4 on 4 off days and nights - 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am

As part of a rapidly expanding company, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining optimal conveyor performance and contributing to our success.

Key Duties:

* Provide breakdown and preventative maintenance support for all conveyors to ensure optimal production capability.

* Uphold the highest standards of health and safety, ensuring compliance with regulations.

* Maintain accurate job completion records and assist with PPM schedules.

* Contribute to site-wide PPM programs and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

* 3-5 years of experience in Conveyor Maintenance within a fast-paced environment.

* Proficiency in fault detection, breakdown repairs, and executing Preventative Maintenance routines.

* Experience in Continuous Improvement initiatives.

* Knowledge of light welding and fabrication techniques is advantageous.

* Must have a NVQ level 3 or higher in Engineering.
