Endeavour Recruitment, on behalf of a public sector client, is seeking an Education Psychologist for a remote contract role (UK-based). Occasional attendance in Winchester is preferred.
Role Overview
Title: Education Psychologist
Location: Remote (UK-based; Winchester attendance desirable)
Rates
PAYE: £931.26 per assessment
Umbrella: £1,219 per assessment
Key Requirements
Minimum commitment of 3–4 assessments per month
At least 3 years’ post-qualification experience practising as an Educational Psychologist
PhD/Doctorate or Master’s in Educational Psychology (or equivalent)
Ability to submit CV plus two anonymised reports in a single document
Willingness to have reports quality-checked and critiqued as required
Responsibilities
Provide psychological advice, including statutory advice, for children and young people aged 0–25
Support SEN services, schools, families, and multi-agency teams
Act as a consultant on psychological matters to parents, carers, educators, and professionals
Contribute to school effectiveness and inclusion initiatives
Prepare and maintain accurate written records
Provide statutory advice to Local Authorities in line with the SEN Code of Practice
Attend SEN and disability tribunals when required
