Senior Architect

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £38-£45,000

My client is seeking a passionate and motivated Senior Architect with exceptional attention to detail to join their enthusiastic and highly knowledgeable team in Birmingham. The well established multi-disciplinary practice delivers projects across the Education, Commercial, Leisure and Healthcare sectors and is recognised for providing a high level of customer service through a collaborative and client focused approach.

To be successful in this role, you will have substantial post qualification experience and ideally previous experience leading or managing a small team. You will demonstrate strong creative design ability alongside excellent technical knowledge and project delivery skills. Proficiency in Revit is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:

Significant UK based experience post qualification

Part 3 qualified and ARB registered
Lead projects from concept and planning through to completion

Produce and review detailed technical and design drawings in collaboration with the wider architectural team

Manage and mentor junior team members across multiple projects

Confidently present design proposals to clients and demonstrate a clear understanding of their brief

Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong Revit proficiency is essential
