About the Role
To have a central and key role with the Children's Programmes team, to meet the Children's Programmes business objectives and priorities through proactive programme and project management.
To deliver high quality projects that are performance managed, are organisational
development solutions and are needs-led, evidence based and of best value to deliver positive outcomes to children and families in Haringey.
The post holder will be responsible for the successful delivery of significant and often complex projects that will contribute to the outcomes of the Council's Corporate Plan.

About You
You will have experience in:
Planning and managing projects, ideally in a public sector environment, and have a good understanding of the methodology and documentation required.
Working in the children’s services sector.
Working effectively with a range of different teams, senior stakeholders, and external partners. You will engage them with impeccable communication skills, building effective collaborative working relationships.
Utilising various Microsoft packages and project management tools in a professional setting.
You will display the following skills or attributes:
Good organisational skills
Self-motivation and a can-do attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team
An analytical mindset, coupled with the ability to constructive challenge and spot meaningful solutions

The Capital Projects team are a passionate and purpose-driven group working at the heart of Haringey Children's Services. This is a team who thrive on solving complex challenges together.
