The school is looking to appoint an enthusiastic Science Teacher to join their thriving Science department on a long-term basis, with the potential for a permanent position.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 experience desirable)

Inspire students through creative, practical, and theory-based learning

Prepare and assess students for exams, supporting them to achieve their full potential

Contribute to the development of engaging curriculum materials and enrichment opportunities

Foster a safe, inclusive classroom environment where all learners can thrive

Work collaboratively with colleagues to share ideas and best practices

The successful Science Teacher will have:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent qualification in Science

Experience teaching Biology, Chemistry, or Physics across KS3 and KS4

Strong classroom management and communication skills

A genuine enthusiasm for Science and education

A positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach
