As a Senior Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:

Leading by example to provide high-quality care in a children's residential setting.
Supporting and mentoring junior staff members.
Implementing and maintaining the therapeutic model of care.
Ensuring the emotional and physical safety of children.
Engaging with children to promote their development and well-being.
Collaborating with a close-knit team to achieve the best outcomes for children.
Managing administrative tasks related to care plans and reports.

The ideal Senior Support Worker will have:

A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
At least 1 year's experience in a children's residential setting.
