Position: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Liverpool Street, City of London
Salary: £46,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
 
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FM service provider, working within a state-of-the-art commercial office building located close to Liverpool Street Station.
 
This role offers stability, overtime opportunities, and excellent scope for long-term progression within one of the most respected names in the facilities management industry.
 
What you'll do:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive mechanical maintenance across the site.
Work on a range of building services systems, including HVAC, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, and pipework.
Support other disciplines where required to ensure smooth running of site operations.
Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed to high standards and in compliance with H&S procedures.
Liaise with clients and management to ensure a professional service is delivered at all times.  
What you'll bring:

Recognised mechanical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
Proven experience in a commercial building maintenance environment.
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills across mechanical systems.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
A proactive attitude and the flexibility to support the wider engineering team.
