Position Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Salary: £37,228 – £39,873 per annum, depending on experience

We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Electrician to join one of our clients Estates & Facilities team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to support the maintenance and development of a busy and diverse estate.

You will play a key role in ensuring the electrical systems across our buildings and infrastructure are safe, compliant, and well maintained. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Essential Qualifications:

City & Guilds 2361 Part 1 – Electrical Installations

*

City & Guilds 2361 Part 2 – Electrical Installations

*

City & Guilds 2391 – Electrical Inspection & Testing

*

18th Edition Wiring Regulations

*

JIB Approved Electrician status

*

Competent in the safe use of electrical tools and equipment

Willingness to learn and develop within the role

Strong communication and teamwork skills

High attention to detail with a strong focus on safety and compliance

Key Responsibilities:

Undertake electrical installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance

Conduct inspection and testing to ensure regulatory compliance

Respond to reactive maintenance and fault diagnosis

*

Support wider building and infrastructure projects as required

*

Keep accurate records and contribute to risk assessments and planning
