Position: Account Manager (On-Site)
Location: Willenhall
Salary: £29,600 per year
Hours: Full-time, flexible working hours

Ideal Recruit is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our on-site team for one of our key clients based in Willenhall.

Main Responsibilities:

Managing day-to-day communication with the client and on-site team

Preparing and submitting timesheets accurately and on time

Producing and maintaining daily and weekly reports

Booking and coordinating staff in line with client requirements

Ensuring smooth onboarding and induction of new starters

Handling queries and resolving attendance or payroll issues

Maintaining excellent working relationships with both the client and workforce

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar Account Manager / On-Site Coordinator / Recruitment Consultant role is essential

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and under pressure

Flexibility with working hours when needed
