Year 4 Teacher – Maternity Cover (12 Months)

Desian Education are working closely with a ‘Good’ rated primary school in the Halewood area who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to cover a full 12-month maternity leave.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive school with a welcoming staff team and well-established routines. The class is settled, with generally good behaviour – there are two students who require consistent structure and positive behaviour management.

The school will consider:

Teachers on M1 to UPS
Strong ECTs with good classroom practice and confidence

The successful candidate will:

Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum
Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment
Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
Demonstrate good behaviour management and strong classroom presence
