Brownlee Cale are recruiting for a Part-Time Site Administrator for our client's site in Royston.
This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth running of site operations through efficient office and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office administration, including ordering supplies, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating meeting schedules and site visitor bookings.

Assist with payroll submission, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.
*
Review and validate data from multiple sources; proficient use of Office 365 required.
*
Input and manage data across various systems and spreadsheets.
*
Liaise with remote payroll support teams and coordinate necessary documentation.
*
Monitor and review gate logs, daily allocation sheets, holiday requests, and absence forms.
*
Handle general workforce queries through daily communication with site supervisors.
*
Track and manage site-level sickness and lateness reporting.
Requirements
*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*
Proven administrative experience, ideally in a site-based or construction environment.
*
High attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
*
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
*
Experience in the construction industry and familiarity with NAECI agreements is desirable but not essential.
NOTE: This role will be Umbrella PAYE engagement. Rate equivalent for Umbrella is £18.82 per hour due to Umbrella deductions.)
