I am working alongside a tie 1 main contractor who are looking to onboard a site supervisor for an infrastructure and structures package being delivered in the Essex/ Suffolk region. My client operate nationwide across infrastructure/ civils and construction projects for both public and private sector clients.

Site supervisor responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage all on-site activities, ensuring the successful delivery of the project.

* Monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance across the site.

* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to maintain progress and quality standards.

* Report on progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management and stakeholders.

* Ensure all works are conducted in accordance with Highways England standards and specifications.

Site supervisor requirements:

* Right to work in the UK.

* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.

* CSCS card.

* SSSTS/ SMSTS.

* First aid ticket.

* TWS/ TWC - Desirable.

* Proven experience within highway and structures schemes.

* Full UK driving licence.
