Our client work within the construction industry and are a leading construction business, they are looking to add a part time Marketing Manager to their team. The Role of Marketing Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced marketing manager for a part-time role to create, develop and execute the marketing plan for the company effectively, and in line with budget.
Refine positioning, identify target customers/partners/authorities, and develop individual marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
Lead the execution of marketing programmes and events from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
Maintain our clients digital channels and develop a targeted communications programme to help build customer relationships and support the sales process.
Work closely with the sales team to improve the efficiency of the sales funnel
Define and manage the marketing budget.
Manage the creation and execution of day-to-day email and social media campaigns.
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms to identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies.
Direct and develop engaging thought leadership content as part of the marketing and sales cycle.
Identify and capitalise on appropriate PR opportunities.
Manage attendance at exhibitions and trade shows including stand design and build.
Create promotional material, company literature, datasheets, case studies and all digital assets
Update and develop the company website, including managing and optimising SEO.
Work with the pre-construction and estimating team to create templates to support the tender process.
Manage and develop relationships with suppliers,freelancers and external agencies where necessary.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices operated by the Company.
Ensure information is communicated effectively to your Manager
Desired Skills & Qualifications
5 years + B2B marketing experience. Construction marketing experience would be a bonus
Proven strategic and hands-on experience of brand and ABM marketing, with a track record of achieving revenue and brand growth
A bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent (desirable)
Wordpress CMS (experienced)
Mailchimp (or similar email platform) (experienced)
Microsoft Office (experienced)
Google Analytics (familiar)
Creative marketing tools - InDesign, Canva (familiar)
Trade show and event experience
