Reports to: Nurse/Senior Support Worker

Key duties and responsibilities

Support residents with personal care and daily activities, promoting dignity and independence.

Assist residents with mobility, feeding, and emotional needs, ensuring comfort and safety.

Maintain accurate records, report observations, and contribute to high-quality care delivery.

Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the home and a safe environment.

Skills and attributes

A caring and patient nature.

Excellent communication skills.

The ability to work well under pressure.

Previous experience as a carer is preferred, but not essential.
