NEC Project Manager
 
Location: North West England (preferably), with travel to Cumberland offices as required
Start Date: Late June 2025 (TBC)
Duration: Approx. 3-month construction period
Commitment: 15 hours per week, with flexibility to increase as needed
Contract Type: Outside IR35
 
Our client is seeking an experienced NEC Project Manager to oversee the replacement of a Bridge, located in West Cumbria. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a key infrastructure project in a stunning part of the UK.
 
Key Details:
 
·NEC Project Manager (ideally NEC accredited, though strong relevant experience will be considered)
·Workload estimated at approximately 15 hours per week with scope to increase this
·The role offers flexibility and is not full-time, but some presence at the client's Cumberland offices will be required on occasions
·Candidates do not need to be based in Cumberland, but being North West-based is preferable for site and office visits
·Bridge/Highways experience is essential
 
This is a short-notice appointment, so we're keen to hear from candidates who are available and experienced in managing infrastructure projects under the NEC suite.
