This beautifully designed 4-bed home—comprising a 3-bed main residence and a self-contained solo annex—offers a safe and nurturing environment in a peaceful riverside village. Whether supporting solo or sibling placements, this home provides a calm, person-centred space focused on recovery, trust, and long-term positive outcomes.

Key Requirements:
*
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (essential)
*
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or willingness to work towards)
*
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a management role within children’s residential care (Registered, Interim, or Acting Manager)
*
Previous Ofsted registration experience is desirable
*
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team
*
Strong knowledge of safeguarding, compliance, and trauma-informed practice
*
Commitment to delivering therapeutic, person-centred support for young people
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a calm and reflective leadership style
