The Role – Business Development Executive
This is not about cold, pushy sales. It’s about starting conversations, understanding what people need, and matching them with the right solution. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients — helping them feel confident, informed and supported throughout their decision-making process.
What you’ll be doing:
* Reaching out to new and existing contacts to introduce our workspace solutions
* Following up on interest and booking viewings
* Listening to client needs and providing clear, tailored recommendations
* Managing the full journey from enquiry to agreement
* Keeping our CRM (HubSpot) updated with progress and activity
* Working to realistic daily targets in a structured, supportive environment

* You’ve worked in an office environment before – maybe in admin, customer service, or coordination
* You’re confident speaking to new people and enjoy helping them find the right solution
* You’re proactive, curious, and organised – and want to develop your career in a commercial setting

* You’re comfortable with targets, but not looking for a high-pressure sales floor
* You’re tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
