Recruitment Solutions (North West) are pleased to be partnering with a Rochdale based Charity to support them in the appointment of a Finance Manager.

THE ROLE OF THE FINANCE MANAGER

Will report to the Director of Finance and will work as part of a small and proactive Finance Team.

The purpose of the Finance Manager role is to provide regular and consolidated Financial Information for the Charity and its subsidiary Company to the Board and Management Teams. You will have the communication skills to be able to work with Finance and Non Finance Partners.

Main responsibilities will fall across;

* Financial Management and Reporting

* Finance Business Partnering

* Team Leadership and Continuous Improvements

QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONALITY FIT – will include

* Part Qualified / Qualified – ACA / CIMA / AAT / ACCA

* Intermediate / Advanced Excel skills

* Be comfortable across end to end processes – Financial and Management Accounts

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE FINANCE MANAGER

* 30 hours per – worked over 4 / 5 days

* Annual Salary of £39,010 (for 37.5 hours – so pro rata for 30 hours)

* Group Pension Scheme – enhanced to 8% – which can rise to 14%

* Annual Cost of Living Review (discretionary)

* On Site Car Parking

* Kitchen Facilities
