Location: Swansea, South Wales
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000

Pro Staff is currently working with a residential Developer who are looking to appoint a Land & Development Graduate to join their Land & Development team.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated graduate to gain hands-on experience across the full development lifecycle, from land acquisition and planning through to technical design and delivery, supported by a structured graduate development programme.

Key Duties:

Assist with identifying and appraising land opportunities

*

Support site research, feasibility, and planning assessments

*

Use mapping tools to review site constraints

*

Assist with development appraisals and viability work

*

Support legal, agent, and consultant coordination

*

Prepare reports, meeting notes, and presentations

About You:

*

Degree in Planning, Property, Construction, Geography or similar

*

Strong interest in land acquisition and development

*

Organised, analytical, and eager to learn

*

Good IT and communication skills
