Private Client Solicitor - Doncaster

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor / Wills & Probate Fee Earner to join a long-established and well-respected practice. This role is based at our Doncaster office and offers the chance to work as part of a friendly, supportive team handling a wide range of private client work.

The Role

You will be managing your own caseload across the full spectrum of private client services, including:

Drafting Wills and estate planning advice

Probate and estate administration

Creating and managing Trusts

Lasting Powers of Attorney

Court of Protection matters

This is a client-facing role where you will provide clear, compassionate, and practical advice while maintaining the highest professional standards.

The Person

We are looking for someone who can bring:

Previous experience in Wills, Probate & Trusts work

Strong technical knowledge and the confidence to work independently

Excellent organisational skills to handle a busy caseload

Strong communication and client care skills, with an empathetic approach

The ability to work well as part of a close-knit team

A commitment to discretion and professionalism at all times
