This global organisation with a manufacturing site in Trafford Park is looking for a Marketing and Design Executive to join the team. Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager you will support the global business development teams by carrying out marketing activities for the most active product lines.

Responsible for contributing to marketing campaign planning and delivery through assisting with research, content and collateral design, events, CRM/email, digital channels and campaign reporting. Managing of website and social media channels as part of wider campaign delivery, ensuring regular content as agreed with the Marketing Manager, Commercial and Technical team. Contribute, as part of the Marketing team, to the overall content plan for company materials and brands. Assisting with CRM and email campaigns.

Responsibilities and duties: (regular and occasional, defined and discretionary, administrative, technical and staffing, standards of performance and method of assessment)

Design both still and motion graphics for collateral, social media and presentations using a range of software including Adobe Creative Suite.
Collaboration with both the commercial and technical teams to generate content for collateral, the company website & social media.
Market and competitor research to inform marketing strategies.
Help organise and participate in events, such as conferences, seminars, and socials.
Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers as required.
Evaluate, track and benchmark marketing campaign performance, makes recommendations for improvement.
Keep up-to-date editorial calendars for all brands.
Maintain contact databases for trade publications.
Assist with CRM and email campaigns

Ideal Marketing Graduate having at least 2 years previous exposure, you will have excellent communication both written and oral - good PowerPoint skills and Deign package experience (Adobe Creative Suite) and someone who can summarise information well. Passionate about their work, bright, shows initiative, conscientious and hardworking.

Salary £25,000 - hours 37.5 per week - office based
25 days holiday plus bank holidays - option to purchase to additional days
Non-Contractual company bonus
Pension - Employer 5.5% - Employee 3.5%
