The challenge is to deliver £1million+ profit per annum from a department of 8 sales staff. With support from assistant managers, head office staff and group buyers

The dealership has room for up to 140 used cars on site, with it typically carrying (Apply online only). They retail in excess of 100 units per month.

This used car department has a long history of strong performance and stable, consistent leadership. The vacancy has arisen for genuine reasons and needs someone with previous sales manager background in the motor trade.

There is a genuine OTE of £79,000 from a £50k basic. With opportunities to earn in excess of £90k for over achievement.
