Role description:

As a ServiceNow Architect specialising in HRSD, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing HR Service Delivery solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that enhance employee experiences and streamline HR processes.

Essential Skills and experience

Deep knowledge of ServiceNow solutions and HRSD module
Strong understanding of ITIL processes
Proven experience in architecting and deploying large-scale ServiceNow implementations
Excellent analytical skills to identify problems and recommend solutions
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
