REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (MIDLANDS)

This leading UK pump rental solutions provider delivers specialist support to the water, environmental, quarry and construction industries offering a bespoke and genuine 24/7, 365 days-a-year service.

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join the fantastic team at the newly formed Midlands Depot in Swadlincote, Monday to Friday 8-5pm. This role will be fully remote role and responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets

Day-to-day tasks include prospecting new clients, managing existing client relationships, preparing sales reports, and working closely with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns. The role also demands travel within the assigned region to meet clients and attend industry events.

In return the Regional Sales Manager role will offer an attractive salary of £45K+ plus Commission OTE £65K+ plus Car + bonus + training & development .

The ideal candidate will have a background in selling into quarries and heavy industry with proven sales in the pump and power sector.

Qualifications

* Proven sales experience in the pump and power sector or related industries

* Strong understanding of sales techniques and negotiation skills

* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

* Ability to develop and maintain client relationships

* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

* Ability to work independently and remotely

* Willingness to travel within the assigned region

* Ideally you will hold a minimum of two A levels or more and preferably a degree in business or engineering (Or equivalent)
