About the Role - 2nd Line 24/7 WAN Network Support Engineer

As a 2nd Line 24/7 WAN Network Support Engineer, you will support, manage, and configure Juniper SRX and MX routers within a live BAU environment.

You will handle escalations from 1st line, provide technical guidance, and work closely with 3rd line engineers to resolve complex issues.

The role includes incident management, fault diagnosis, change implementation, and support for project activities.

You will contribute to knowledge sharing and skills uplift across the 2nd line team.

Key Skills - 2nd Line 24/7 WAN Network Support Engineer

Hands on experience with Juniper SRX and MX platforms, including strong CLI skills.

Solid knowledge of BGP, IPSEC, MPLS, and PKI.

Experience working in a 24/7 NOC or WAN operations environment.

Strong troubleshooting skills across routing and switching technologies.

Confident communicator with a customer focused approach.
